ArrowRock Hostel is surrounded by countless sites of Historical Interest, from Carrowkeel Megalithic Tombs 5500+ yrs old and visible across the lake from the hostel, Boyle Abbey, King House, the Labby Rock and Ballindoon Abbey to name a few.
Eagles Flying is Ireland´s biggest Centre for Birds of Prey and home of about 100 Eagles, Hawks, etc. The guys put on 2 shows a day - well worth checking out.
The nearby towns of Boyle, Carrick-on-Shannon and Sligo are just a short drive from ArrowRock Hostel and are packed with bars, restaurants, museums and numerous other activities to entertain all the family.
